About the Founder
Hi! I’m Srinidhi. I’m a high school student interested in pursuing a future in the medical field. I started Steps to Impact because I truly believed that young people could make a difference, one step at a time.

It all began in middle school with a bake sale to support a local NICU that had cared for my brother, who was born at micro premature. When I wanted to organize an event, i realized just how much background work goes into organizing an event. I planned the event with school administration, arranged a group of peers who were willing to help, and we were able to execute the event. This allowed me to see firsthand what it meant to take initiative. That experience taught me that impact doesn’t start with age—it starts with action.

What began as a small act of service has grown into an organization with international reach. Today, Steps to Impact runs service projects, supports underserved communities, and empowers students everywhere to step into leadership through kindness and service.

I’ve had the honor of sharing this story on a TEDx stage, and more recently through an international talk, connecting with students around the world who are also ready to take that first step.

This journey has always been about starting from the ground up- growing, learning, and continuing to serve with purpose. I’m excited to keep building, and I’m so glad you’re here to be part of it.
